GENERAL QUERIES

Q1. Are these products organic?

No, these products are natural, not organic. Organic means grown without pesticides etc, while we ensure that we use natural ingredients only, we cannot guarantee that they were grown in a pesticide free environment. It essentially means that all ingredients used are natural in composition, they may be derived from natural ingredients and may or may not be used in the absolute natural form in some cases. However products in our portfolio are 80-100% natural.

Q2. Can I buy your products at a retail store?

Currently we sell only through Shopify, and promote products through Instagram and Facebook brand pages. We are not available in physical stores.

SHIPPING

Q1. How long will my products take to ship?

Since these are natural products, we prefer to keep a limited amount of products as pre-made stock. In case an order comes in where products are currently out of stock, they will be made to order and shipped in 2 to 3 days, post shipping delivery will take 2-3 working days for local Mumbai orders. Outside Mumbai it will take 3-4 working days for the order to reach you, post shipping.

RETURN

Q1. Can I return an unopened and unused product to you?

Unfortunately since these are personal care and personal hygiene products it will not be possible for us to accept returns of any kind, all sales are final.

Q2. What do I do if I receive the wrong order or if products are missing in my order?

Please write to us at the email id provided on our web page and we will ship out the correct product to you ASAP. Please also mention the order id, name and contact through which order was placed in your email to us.

CANCELLATION

Q1. How do I cancel my order?

Currently Shopify does not support cancellation of orders, please e-mail us at rhapsodybysweta@gmail.com for the same.
